About Holly

A New Orleans girl, through and through.

Before real estate, I tended bar in the French Quarter for ten years, then booked timeshare appointments for three. I learned how to read people, how to listen, and how to stay steady when things got busy. In 2002 I joined Keller Williams Realty New Orleans as the receptionist. I knew right away it was home. God, family, business — in that order.

Today I run on the operations and compliance side of the house — the office administrator who keeps deals clean and agents moving. I am direct, I work hard, and I do not cut corners. Family is my number one thing: mother, wife, sister, daughter, grandmother. The same care I give them is the care I give my work.

A perfect Saturday for me starts with coffee and beignets at Café du Monde, a slow walk through the French Market, and live music on Frenchmen Street by night. Food, culture, and people make New Orleans like no place in the world. You have to experience it to understand it.

What I do

The person who keeps it running.

I handle the operations and compliance side at Keller Williams Realty New Orleans, so our agents can spend their time with clients — not paperwork.

01 · Compliance

Clean deals, every time

I review files against Louisiana Real Estate Commission rules and keep every transaction by the book — so nothing stalls on the way to closing.

02 · Agent support

Answers when you need them

My door is always open. New license or twenty years in, you get a straight answer and a steady hand whenever you need one.

03 · Operations

The office, handled

Front desk to back office — onboarding, systems, and the day-to-day that keeps a 136-agent brokerage moving.

How I work

Supporting real estate entrepreneurs in New Orleans.

01

Meet you where you are

No assumptions and no script. First we figure out where you stand today — brand-new license or twenty years in.

02

Set the real goal

We name what you actually want from your business — and what it honestly takes to get there.

03

Map what needs doing

Then a plain, step-by-step plan to get there, kept compliant from the first conversation onward.

For agents

What Keller Williams New Orleans does for agents.

We meet agents where they are, figure out the goal, and map what needs to be done to get there. Here is what that looks like.

The cap

Know your number up front

Agents pay a $22,500 cap for the anniversary year — $19,500 Company Dollar to KW New Orleans and $3,000 in KWRI royalties. Hit the cap and you keep 100% the rest of the year. No guessing.

Training

Built for every level

Training runs for brand-new licensees and for agents who have been closing deals for years. Lead generation, systems, and compliance — all covered, all the time.

Compliance support

You're never on your own

I am in your corner on every file. Questions about a contract or a deadline get answered fast, so your deals stay clean and on time. That is my whole job.

Culture

A real home base

New Orleans' only multi-generational, family-owned brokerage — 136 agents, $250M+ in annual transactions, 28 years building this market. God, family, business.

What I believe

The one thing that holds people back in New Orleans real estate is being closed-minded.

This is a city of exceptions — historic rules, flood zones, oddball lots, deals that do not look like the textbook. The agents who win here stay curious and stay open. They ask questions, they look at the file in front of them instead of the way it has always been done, and they keep learning. Closed minds miss good opportunities. I try to keep mine open every single day.

What I won't do

I follow all rules and regulations of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and the board of real estate. Full stop. I will not cut a compliance corner to make a deal move faster — for you or anyone else. That is the whole point of doing it by the book.

Why agents call me

Steady hands, honest answers.

I have seen it from every seat

Front desk, operations, compliance, administration — twenty-four years inside one brokerage. I know how a deal actually moves through the building, where it gets stuck, and how to keep yours clean.

Direct, not flowery

I will tell you what I think — including when a file needs fixing before it can move. You will always know where you stand. No hype, no runaround, no surprises.

I actually pick up

Email, text, or a knock on the door — I answer. Agents here know they can reach me and get a real answer the same day, not next week.

Holly's door is always open, and she always makes time to help.

Questions

Things people always ask.

Here at Keller Williams Realty New Orleans we have a cap. Agents pay a total of $22,500, which is broken into two numbers — $19,500 Company Dollar paid to KW New Orleans and $3,000 royalties to KWRI. Once you hit the cap, you keep 100% for the rest of your anniversary year.
There is a monthly fee that covers your desk, technology, and access to training. I will walk you through every line so there are no surprises. The bigger picture is the cap structure — you know your maximum cost for the year up front, which makes planning your business straightforward.
Yes. Training runs for brand-new licensees and for agents who have been closing deals for years. We meet agents where they are, figure out the goal, and map what needs to happen to get there. Compliance, lead generation, and systems are all covered.
Call or email me directly. We will set a time to talk through your goals, the cap, and the move. I handle the onboarding paperwork and keep it simple — most agents are surprised how smooth the transition is.
